1 bmw2u Platform General Terms of Use

Welcome to bmw2u. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bmw2u ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bmw2u platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other available channel — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms set out herein.

These Terms are a living document subject to amendment from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email, in-platform notifications, or announcements on the bmw2u website. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

Bmw2u operates as a digital entertainment platform offering sports betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, IPL cricket), Live Casino, online poker, esports (MLBB, CS2), and virtual sports services to eligible registered members.

2 Account Registration & Member Eligibility

To register a bmw2u account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration.
• A valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident with an active Malaysian phone number.
• Must not hold any other active bmw2u account – each individual is permitted one account only.
• Not currently under a previously activated self-exclusion period.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. bmw2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your ID, bank statement, or other relevant documents. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bmw2u account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. bmw2u will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own failure to keep your account secure.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on bmw2u are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The accepted deposit and withdrawal methods on bmw2u are as follows:

The minimum deposit amount into a bmw2u account is RM 20 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. In exceptional circumstances – such as high-volume withdrawal requests or additional security review requirements – processing may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the bmw2u account. bmw2u will not process any withdrawal to a third-party account. This is an important security measure to protect members from fraud.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

The following general conditions apply to all bmw2u bonuses:

• Bonuses are valid for one account per individual, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.

6 Casino & Poker Game Rules

All casino games on bmw2u – including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots, and Live Casino – are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified and verified. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including bmw2u itself.

For poker games, bmw2u operates solely as a platform provider — you play against other players (player-vs-player) and not against the house. bmw2u collects a small rake from each pot as a service fee, which is clearly stated in every poker room.

The use of assistance software (poker bots, real-time analysers, or any other automation tools) in bmw2u casino or poker games is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

7 Accepted Member Conduct

All bmw2u members are required to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, threatening or harassing language toward other members or bmw2u staff on any communication platform.
• Sharing or selling your bmw2u account to any third party.
• Using software, scripts or automated methods to access or use the bmw2u platform without written authorisation.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt or damage bmw2u systems.
• Using illegally obtained funds to deposit into your bmw2u account (money laundering).
• Impersonating another person or providing false registration information.

Bmw2u reserves the right to take immediate action against any member found in breach of the above rules, including instant account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action where necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Bmw2u reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term in this document.
• Failed identity verification or inconsistent information.
• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• Requests from the relevant legal authorities.
• Members found to be under 18 years of age.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting bmw2u customer support via live chat or by emailing support@bmw2u.biz. Any real money balance (excluding bonuses) remaining in the account will be refunded upon completion of the required verification process.

9 bmw2u Limitation of Liability

Bmw2u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of this platform, including monetary losses from betting, disruption of platform access due to technical or internet issues, delayed or deferred outcomes caused by factors beyond our control, or actions by third parties who access your account due to your own negligence.

10 Responsible Gaming
